We form our half-pound + hamburger patties* by hand after mixing in our home-style steak tartar
sauce. It’s grilled to order and served on a Seattle International soft french egg roll with mayo.
Enjoy our old-fashioned, full of flavor hamburger with fries, homemade potato salad or
Tim’s Cascade Crunch Potato Chips.

Painted Hills Oregon Natural Beef supplies our ground chuck. 4 generations of ranching free range beef,
hormonefree and no antibiotics

Add bacon $1.50; swiss, havarti or cheddar, guacamole or blue cheese crumbles $1.00, grilled onions or mushrooms 75¢;  substitute a 6 ounce chicken breast $1
