We form our 6 ½ ounce Hamburger patties by hand after mixing in our home-style steak tartar sauce. It’s grilled to order and served on a Seattle International soft french egg roll with mayo. Enjoy our old-fashioned, full of flavor hamburger with fries, homemade potato salad or Tim’s Cascade Crunch Potato chips.

Painted Hills Oregon Natural Beef supplies our ground chuck. 4 generations of ranching free range beef,
hormonefree and no antibiotics

Add bacon $1; Swiss, Havarti or Cheddar  65¢; guacamole or blue cheese crumbles 50¢, grilled onions or mushrooms 30¢;  substitute a 6 ounce chicken breast $1
