From the Eastside
Take the Lake Washington Boulevard exit on the west side of the Evergreen Point Floating Bridge (Hwy 520).  Turn left on Lake Washington Blvd and proceed through the Washington Park Arboretum.  Turn left on East Madison and follow until you reach Lake Washington. The Attic is located on the north side of Madison with Lake Washington in sight.

From the University District
From Montlake Boulevard, turn left on Lake Washington Blvd. (just after crossing Hwy 520). Proceed through the Washington Park Arboretum.  Turn left on East Madison and follow until you reach Lake Washington. The Attic is located on the north side of Madison with Lake Washington in sight.

From Downtown Seattle
Follow Madison Street east through Capitol Hill and down into the Madison Valley.  After crossing Lake Washington Boulevard continue east until you reach Lake Washington.  The Attic is located on the north side of Madison with Lake Washington in sight.
